Earth
a Paradise
There is an angel in heaven
Living with the God
Taking orders to His content
No remorse no hesitation.
He was once shown His creation
A world of nations and oceans
Creatures big and small,
Walking and crawling and swimming.
Living to die and dying to live,
Wilting seeds, fodder for plants
Some flowering, some dying,
Dying plants again sprouting.
To the angel, He said,
Buds and flowers are not to be nipped
What is destroyed is not just a bud or a
flower.
It’s a tree and has a life ahead.
Soon, a bud, about to flower
Drooped to fall.
The angel did not nip it.
He followed
His advice and left it untouched.
The bud sprung into life
To a flower and then a tree
Which bloomed
with a thousand flowers.
Earth a paradise, once again.
